I have this bad boy in 19 mm for my Seiko SKX121. They tend to come a little on the short side, but mine is super comfy and looks great. Cheers!

YankeeWell, this one has a 21 mm lug. I suppose you could probably squeeze it on. I would do that too, rather than have spaces at the lug.
It's probably worth browsing Amazon.com and ebay some more to look for actual 21mm bands.
