I tried to return watch to you as the date wasn't accurate and you all gave me a song and dance about returning the watch so as you can see I haven't bought anything off you since. respectfully John f. tublewicz

ultra802Hi John; it seems you have to read the manual attentively and set the date correctly, some automatic watches you must not set it up between 9M and midnight. I would set up the date to a day before, then go one more clock out to set the exact date manually by going throgh with the hands take in consideration wether it is AM or PM time. if you can't do this ask a buddy that has automatic watches and has done this a million times. I had mechanical watches oll my 58 years in this world, i stil keep a few. as part of my collection. Sincerely hope this helps

mattappillyYes, they can- the date teeth can become worn or broken, resulting in the date slipping or failing to change

Mayday1324😂😂😂 did you ever had that happen to you?? The heat worn out and failing??? I haven’t seen that with watches 30 years old!! Maybe a 50 years old watch...?

GonzaNot if you change the date between 9 pm and 6 am 🤷‍♂️ Or if you're rough with it, or drop it. It's not just on old watches that it happens.
