Orien't web site says watch has a sapphire glass, Drop says it is mineral crystal. Who is right?

I hadn't noticed the model number until you pointed it out, but in Orient's defense, the issue is not obvious in Chinese. My guess is they will change it once someone points it out., paricularly in these hyper-sensitive times. Working for a Chinese company, we run into similar issues all the time.
