My watch arrived today and it sounds broken. This is the video of it when I shake it:

I'm in New Zealand, what to do now??

It's an automatic watch. That's most likely the sound of the rotor.
Shouldn't be a problem.

nah, it's fine. it's a bit of a noisy movement but very efficient and it's only noisy when you shake it to charge it

This is not fine. I owned Seiko watches and this is so noisy you can hear it acrross the room. Non of my Seikos were like this.
Sound can also be heard on slightest movement of the watch but not as intensive as in the video.
Is anyone elses watch this loud?

Dude, That's the winding mechanism. Mine makes the same sounds. Some autos are quieter than others, but this one does make some noise when it moves. For a 100 dollar auto, you have to expect some little things like noise from the winder. My Seikos do the same thing.

Could have also just Googled it, not an uncommon question. http://forums.watchuseek.com/f410/rattling-sound-my-new-ray-1546290.html
Different watches have different movements. If you want an efficient and quiet automatic, you might need to purchase some with higher end movements. You get what you pay for.

Mine sounds exactly the same. It is the bearing they use in the rotor I think. But mine is keeping excellent time so the movement seems good.
