Sorry I've never owned a watche over $50, is there a battery or is it a movement type thing?

SlarkinThis watch is an automatic, which means its a mechanical watch and your body movement keeps the watch wound. They typically store enough energy for around 40 hours, so you don't need to wear it every day to keep it going. I have an Orient Mako for my every day wear and I really enjoy it. For the money you can not go wrong with Orient.
