An fyi..this is a very small faced watch. It's. Ore like unisex looking. So if you're a lil fella it'll look good but not for big dudes. Check out Islandwatch.com for a massive selection of Orient watches in a variety of sizes and 'flavors'. Phenomenal customer service and excellent prices.

I have this watch in silver frim Amazon and I paid $149 for it. Great watch so far and yes the band is rubber - and IMHO quite comfortable. So far it's keeping good time. $99 is a steal.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I'm new to MD. The picture here clearly shows a metal band, and some buyers mention that, but others refer to a rubber or leather band which I am not seeing anywhere. I'm hoping the metal is available since that will affect whether I buy or not.

I read the full description, saw estimated ship date, and wasn't sure what that meant because I havent bought from here before and dont want to wait a month to get my stuff.

Somehow it really bothers me when a watch's minute and second hands don't reach its minute markers. Otherwise this is a really handsome watch.

Daisy_CutterUmm... This is an automatic watch. The second hand tics several times between second markers. Your concern only applies to quartz, in which case I completely agree.
