Just got my watch two days ago. Didn't have the time to get it resized then, but I did go out and have the band fitted yesterday. So far, I have no issues to report with the watch. The young woman who resized the band did say it was the most difficult band she'd ever dealt with, but it still didn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes.
It's a beautiful timepiece, and it's extremely comfortable. Others have said that they've had issues with the butterfly clasp opening up on them, but I've tried intentionally to get it to fail and so far it's held tight.
Overall, I couldn't be much happier with the watch. Hope everyone else has the same experience.
