Quick update for the group, we spoke to the vendor and they are scheduled to get their allocation of units in slightly before the middle of next week. Once the units arrive the vendor will get individual orders packed up and ready for shipment. As soon as the vendor lets us know that units are picked up we will upload tracking for the group.

Quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out from them directly to you.
We will update the group as soon as we receive confirmation that these have been packed and shipped. Currently we expect that these will ship inline with the expected ship date listed in the drop description page.

The price is right for getting the rares now, but the price of the set is inflated right now due to limited supply. Give the set a few weeks after the release (today) and the price of the playset will go down.
Personally a lot of these cards don't warrant 4-of's. But there are some that will certainly be standard staples for the next year or so. I'd have to imagine the allure is the convenience.

Again this type of drop is offered with a set where almost all of the value is in Mythic Rares. According to mtg.dawnglare, playsets of the rares in this set is worth $224, and none of the uncommons or commons are worth $1 or more.
So it's a bad value from that perspective, even if you have uses for all of these cards, which nobody does. This should be about $150 cheaper before it's worth considering.

According to the latest mtg.dawnglare (7/16/2015; day before general release), Origins rares playset (for the 28 out of 57 rares in the release listed) prices out to $325.56.
