We're clarifying the situation with Orion, people will be eligible for refunds if they want to cancel their order.
We won't collect people's money until we've sorted out the exact widths and styles of each belt.
As you can see from their site, they call it a "32mm belt style" and then they say "Belt Width 35mm".

MarkCool, good to know. It's not just the width though, the problem is that the two belts are COMPLETELY different, but the advertisement made it seem like the only difference was color. Not only is the brown one significantly cheaper and thinner, but it also has two loops instead of one.

TigerScreamYeah, thanks for pointing out the two loop version. We're clarifying everything, ideally with direct URL's or SKU's so we can be precise with comparable products (unfortunately we only got a tan sample).

MarkAwesome, I really respect how you're handling this.
In the off-chance you end up re-listing this, you might also want to change where you say "fully worn in and the color will become lighter. " as the product actually becomes darker, not lighter, with use.

MarkThanks, Mark. I'm among those who may want to cancel or alter their order to the tan belt, given the recent information about the brown one, so hopefully everything can be clarified with Orion and the situation sorted out for all involved.
