Orion replied to my inquiry about the too short.
All of your problems with the Massdrop orders you will have to discuss directly with Massdrop. I'm not sure what their return/exchange policy is. But, we work with Massdrop on a wholesale basis. Which means, they are out customer, and you are theirs. We can not possibly treat the orders that were placed through Massdrop as our own individual, retail sales, since that kind of defeats the purpose of wholesale. The reason we are able to give Massdrop the price they need to be able to run the sale at a price they do, is because this is a wholesale order and the procedure of fulfilling it is completely different. All the amounts and sizes were finalized the day after the sale ended, and from our side - that's all we need to know. Basically, they buy our product, and they own it. What they do with it afterwards and how they handle exchanges and returns, if they even accept them at all, is all up to them. If your order was placed directly through our store at a full retail price, that would be a different story. Thanks, Natalia Orion Leather Company.
In short we're screwed unless Mass Drop figures out a solution to the problem they created.
