I am writing because it has been since April 24th that the drop has ended. It has been five weeks and I have not received my belt or any communication from the company. I am worried that this may be a scam and I just lost money. I called my credit card company to start the process of disputing the charge. I recommend everyone else does the same, and be more careful on the internet in the future.

Dude have you just never used this site before.... or read any of the comments here? Really, read through what's been going on and don't cry foul because you don't want to research what is going on.
The drop description specified 4-8 weeks after the end date. So they are still well within their delivery timeline. Plus if you read the other comments you would see that they have been updating the delivery status when they have updates.
I have actually been part of a drop where the supplier didn't deliver within a reasonable period of time and Massdrop ended up cancelling the order and refunding everyone who didn't get their purchase.
