We've spoken to Orion and our warehouse and believe we have identified the issue. It appears that in the last batch that was shipped to us, Orion labelled some of the belts incorrectly. The warehouse doesn't measure all of the belts as they come in, they rely on the box labels to sort everything and repack it, hence, how the mistake ended up getting shipped (the belts aren't individually labelled).
It is our responsibility that you receive the product that you ordered, and both Massdrop and Orion are very sorry about the situation. If your order was affected by this problem, please contact support@massdrop.com and we will arrange to have a new belt made for you and then mailed to you. Keep the existing one - give it to a friend, etc.
This only applies to people who received a belt that is of a different belt from the one that they ordered (about 40 people out of the 980 orders).

Markgot mine in the mail a few days ago, but looks like i was shipped the wrong size. i have no problem with 36" belts everywhere else, but this one can't even fit on the largest hole. emailed customer support, was told no exchanges due to sizing problems. i'm not sure why there are differing customer service messages going out from @Mark and the email support team. or maybe i'm missing something. in either case, quite displeased.
