This will definitely be the last time i use massdrop. Lesson learned, if I want something just buy it from the manufacturer for 10%-15% more or wait for it to go on sale.

CCRRThe order was for 890 belts, this is from a small company which delivers to massdrop who sorts it by hand and then ships it out to the buyers. Usually you get the product in a week or two, but this one came from China, and then went to the massdrop warehouse - which sorts through them by hand so that they can be delivered to us individually, since I've worked in a warehouse where we sorted and delivered things, I can appreciate that a small company such as massdrop is going through 890 belts by hand, and any other drop that they have to deliver, to make sure I get my correct size. On the glassy sunhaters 2 pack drop, they came in like a week or two because the order size was smaller. You need to stop being so impatient. Oh and it's not like on the first page of the chat a massdrop employee doesn't say "We just talked to Orion and they would like to cap the buy at 1000 units. Also, it will take up to 4 weeks to produce 1000 belts. We'll figure out the inventory numbers and sort out the fulfillment and provide more details shortly."

packout-employeeThanks for the informative post, but i can see why CCRR is anxious to receive his/her item. People order things online all the time and they expect to get them in a reasonable time frame or they will go elsewhere. I don't think calling that person impatient is correct in this situation.

santosjrmAccording to HassanS, these were made in South Carolina. Not sure why packout-employee is saying they came from China. Anyone care to clear this up?
