I got this at the $21.99 and for that price was a steal, probably not a bad deal even at $37.99 but this looks identical to the previous one, I don't see anything different. 2" up from pant size is the correct fit/size.

JVCOThis is actually not the same belt as that drop. The way this Harness belt is made is with natural raw edges. It gives it a different look and feel.
