OSTRY KC06 IEMs

A favorite among audiophiles for its great value IEMs, OSTRY has another hit on its hands with the KC06. This model boasts 10-millimeter dynamic CCAW drivers and a 16-ohm impedance that makes driving from most sources a breeze. Of the housing design, one Head-Fi reviewer says, “Unlike your typical cylindrical in-ear shape that sticks out, these have a flat vertical design with a very comfortable fit … You can lie down with these on a pillow and they still feel comfortable.” As for the sound, another reviewer remarks, “All in all, the KC06 … reminds me a lot of one of my favorite sets, the HIFIMAN RE-400, not only in balance and presentation, but also, and more importantly, in quality. The mids are simply beautiful, and they are the only IEM capable of rivaling the RE-400’s special and unique midrange tuning.”
