Hi, I would like to know how it works when I didn't get my headphones till now if I should still wait or write some applications to get my money back? How it's possible if you sent them on 12th of December? I live in Prague(Czech republick). Thank you!
Hi there, I am still waiting for mine, too. I live in Germany, guess it just takes some more time, due to christmas/new years eve ... dont panic, they will get to you :)
Yeah, i hope so too. The FAQ says European shipments can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so I will wait so long. Should there be no package after 4 weeks, we should contact support. So, still 1,5 weeks to go ;)

Hey buddy, yes im still waiting... i dint receve it yet... im also thinking about last week... mby we can do it together...? but my buddy from other city bought it before christmas, and shipment was just 3 weeks as he told me. so lets see what will happened this week ;).
I contacted Support and they told me, if nothing shows up till the end of this week, they will happily send us a new pair. Greetings from Germany :)

They told me that you have to contact support for yourself. They will then send you a new package or offer a refund, the choice is yours :)
