I've had these for a couple months and the sound in the left earbud just stopped working today! Really hoping that Massdrop will help me with a warranty issue as I can't even find contact info for Ostry anywhere...
I had a pair of KCO6's a while ago and the same thing happened to me. Despite the one year warranty, Ostry was impossible to get into contact with after e-mailing countless times and Massdrop wasn't able to do anything. Good luck though! If you're successful please let me know what you did!
I had the same issue. They were great and then within two days both ears stopped working. Really disappointing as they were so great while they worked
