You could do much better with this software if you had the ability to calibrate the software to the user's ears and headphones like the Smyth Realizer.
We are working on a version that comes with microphones. However good microphones that work well are not cheap so the cost will be significantly higher. We are in the very early stages of development and sourcing the hardware will be time consuming. Plus we are focusing on the iOS and Android versions first. I guess I am saying, don't hold your breath!
In the meantime if you do know anyone with a Smyth Realiser, or if you own one, we can convert your Realiser measurement files for use with Out Of Your Head. The cost is $150 per preset conversion.
Or if you are near Southern California, we can do custom measurements for you. (Or if you are not local, you can fly me to you to do your measurements.)
If you could replicate the results of the Smyth Realizer at the fraction of the cost and without having to buy a big clunky box, you'd need a shovel to dig yourself out of the pile of money that people would be throwing at you.
I don't know about that, but I'll be sure to have a shovel handy when we release that version, just in case! ;-)
