1. Does this work with Spotify and Youtube? 2 channel listening obviously.
2. Does this work better with open air heaphones or IEMs? I realize that it works with both but open air has a wider soundstage normally - does this add even more width? Or does the effect work better with IEM?
1. For music, any audio playing on your computer can be processed by Out Of Your Head, so Spotify is no problem. For video streaming, the problem is the inherent delay with Out Of Your Head processing. Until the low latency version is available, the audio from streaming sources will be out of sync.
2. Some people may prefer open headphones, but because Out Of Your Head has such a huge image relative to any headphones alone, even closed headphones or IEM's still have a big room sized image. But definitely try it with your favorite headphones or IEM's to see how it works for you.
