IMHO, a few of the Best Budget Desktop Monitors ; should be included as Presets. For It would allow Us to "audition these speakers, online". A Very useful tool in the shopping process. Otherwise, most of Us would rely on "subjective reviews" alone ! Also, Many of Us would find it useful; for Our Headphones to "mimic" Our Favorite " budget desktop monitors" .... just sayin' ;)

Hi RoaroftheTiger,
I have measured the Eclipse TD-M1 speakers before. I also have a preset with the mini-Maggie speakers. I have a Riva Turbo X bluetooth speaker too.
But I would caution people about using Out Of Your Head to evaluate speakers instead of auditioning them in person. While Out Of Your Head measurements can be pretty accurate, the sound is affected by the amps and headphones and the user's ear shape. Perhaps relative differences might be useful, but even then I wouldn't want people to invest in a pair of speakers based on a "virtual audition" and be disappointed by the sound once they receive the real speakers.
But I think with some great mini monitors, a speaker preset based on them would probably sound pretty good. Some of them image really well.

Darin, I understand . But given that some of Us, Never have the opportunity to find a specific Speaker ( or Headphone), locally. Therefore, Audtioning them, is Impossible. Case in Point; Even though I live within an hour of Boston. And visit New York City, on a regular basis. CEntrance Masterclass 2504 Speakers , were NO Where to be found. Yes, I bought them on Blind Faith ! Which frankly, is considered strange behavior, elsewhere. Especially from me, as I have more than 20 years experience in Audio Sales. But, It's the Norm here ... go figure ???
