I love the sound i heard through the demo. I can't buy it though because of the lag. I would buy it for 7.1 movies and gaming. when the low latency version comes out drop it again for me
Thanks for posting Rogerster.
For 7.1 movies, the latency is not usually an issue. Just about all media player apps I have encountered that support 7.1 also support audio sync adjustments to compensate for the latency. JRiver, VLC, Kodi, Cyberlink, etc. all have audio sync adjustments.
For gaming, yes, the current version of Out Of Your Head is not suitable.
But no worries, you can wait until the low latency version is available.
So I'm interested in the low latency version but was in the older drop from a year ago. What is the upgrade process like? Is it basically a reinstall ? Will the other presets transfer over?.... I'm assuming no discounted price.... :3
The upgrade to the new version is free for all previous owners.
Just download and install the trial version from our website.
After you get the new version installed and running, double click on any of the unlicensed presets and copy your UUID value from the Purchase License pop-up windows.
Paste that value into and e-mail to us at "firstname.lastname@example.org".
From there I can look up which licenses you purchased and issue you a new license file for the new version.
If you never redeemed your license redemption code, it doesn't expire. So you can use the new version and follow the instructions for using your license redemption code.
Great! Thanks for the info.
