I haven't downloaded the trial, but does it have an "off/on" or "activate/deactivate" switch built into the software. There will be many occasions that I wouldn't want the software on for critical listening tracks. Thanks in advance.

Hi alphaphoenix,
Although there is a Bypass mode built-in to the software (the last preset at the bottom of the list is Bypass"), the best way to "turn off" Out Of Your Head is to exit the application by right clicking on the Out Of Your Head system tray icon and selecting "exit" from the pop-up menu.
This will turn off Out Of Your Head and disable any Out Of Your Head audio processing.
