Combining technical performance and comfort, the Outdoor Research Apollo jacket provides all the protection you’ll need in a serious deluge. It’s made of 2.5-layer Ventia 70d ripstop nylon: a breathable, water- and wind-resistant material that shrugs off wear and tear, whether you’re in the backcountry or closer to home. The fully taped seams work with the internal and external storm flaps to keep moisture out on all fronts. Meanwhile, the fully adjustable hood is compatible with most helmets. Additional features include armpit zippers, zippered hand pockets, and a built-in carabiner loop and key clip.
