I don’t get it—obviously I see the waist and ankles are elasticized, but still, is that sufficient to keep the helium from escaping? I don’t think so!

I am 5' 9" woman and I am not sure on size for these. I am looking at the mens medium/large. The woman sizes are NOT for tall women. I have a 40" hip size and 35" waist. Over a pair of hiking pants should I get a mens L..?? I am confused on the inseam as well.. seems really long.. any thoughts? I would like to get these before the drop ends but just can't return them if they dont fit so I am on the fence...

Do these have side pockets? I see the back pocket, but if there are no side pockets, then this is pretty much a show stopper for me. I also wonder how durable these would be for those using them for going through thick brush and rough terrain.

I wouldn't wear them bushwacking but they're good for normal backpacking.

would second that. these are lightweight. not going to hold up to bushwhacking well.

Thinking of getting these to increase the warmth of my sleep system (with wool tights and MD Pine Blanket) and as camp pants (I hike in running shorts). Does anyone foresee any issues? Are they durable and comfy enough for this light use?

These are fantastic! I went in on the jacket when that dropped a while back. It’s a bomb proof set. Get these and the. Get the jacked. They pack so small and are so light wherever you stash it, you’ll forget about it until you need it.

Going to try and find money in the budget for this. Outdoor Research is an amazing company with an amazing lifetime warranty. These pants are extremely light as well.

The specs listed for men’s sizing is different in the description versus the size chart. Is the inseam of a Large 31” or 33”?
