I'm always hesitant to join clothing drops. What is massdrops policy regarding sizing issues? Do they exchange?

pwnermanP.S. Thanks a ton pwnerman, because of this "tip" I was able to exchange a jacket I got as a gift that was a size too small. I had no idea I had that option. OR was awesome about it too. Thanks for the heads up.

AdamSNYep OR is the one big brand company I don't immediately get a headache when I have to contact with an issue!
The only unfortunate thing about them is their trim fit seems to vary from product to product and can be slightly baggy up to straight jacket tight so read reviews!

westcoastThis one in particular is quite close around the waist if you pull it down so it's like iron straight but it's not supposed to be worn like that. Beyond that the chest area is quite roomy for me in a medium. Could easily fit two layers like an undershirt and dress shirt if using it for urban wear or thermals and stuff for hiking and stuff. I personally don't do any outdoors stuff beyond traveling for day to day activities like work and stuff.
