Zipper broke on first use, so the jacket is useless.
I had this jacket a long time and had tried it on but not worn it until today. I zipped it up once and then later unzipped. The second time I put the jacket on I couldn't zip it again because the zipper broke. The YKK zipper appears to be cheap plastic. That's the first YKK zipper I've ever had issue with. I'll bet OR was dumping/"Drop"-ing these jackets here due to the faulty zipper. I have started a warranty return with Outdoor Research directly. I'll update on how that goes.

noshortcutsOutdoor Research is very responsive and does back up their warranty. Still I loose time and money on this Drop/Deal due to back and forth emails, sending photos, returing the jacket at my expense, and waiting for them to receive it and provide credit on purchasing from their website (because they don't carry the jacket anymore and can't replace it).
