Build volume is missing the height. Or is it circular, like 150*Pi by 160. I never thought to compare a delta printer to a Cartesian printer, my 200x200x200 cost me $250 and came with a heated bed. .
"Once you start printing you can stop whenever you want." ... whew that's good, I mean, if humanity is going to create a machine called "OverLord" that's capable of fabricating more machines, it should probably have an off switch, that's just good sense.
Since it only lists PLA filament, it probably doesn't have the heated bed. PLA doesn't require a heated bed to print, but ABS requires a heated surface.
That said, it may be possible to upgrade it in the future. I don't know anything about this company or their printers, though. They may not offer upgrades, so you should look into whether it is possible and how much it would cost.
