BlueCrowned:-) I've been there too. I once left it at a friends house and it slipped inside the couch ... my alarm goes off at 5am, so they were a bit surprised/annoyed. But if I didn't have enough battery, that phone would have been lost pethaps for years. Zippers or deep pockets should be standard!!!
So, are these basically just cotton sweatpants? I'm not trying to be snarky, but why buy these instead of something off the big sweatpants table at CostCo?
Just received these items, however I am not as enthusiastic as the previous writer. My comments follow:
- "French Terry" does not mean made in France or even where the cotton fabric comes from. These are made in China from material sourced from who knows where!
- Like anything made in China I wash before wearing, following the instructions, and immediately notice the leg side seams are now twisted with one leg running straight down the leg and the other twisting to the front of the leg.
- As I wear them my legs are tingling almost as if I am having a reaction to the material (100% cotton??)
So, to me this garment is not worth the price and I feel that I cannot wear them.
Hm, true, I don't like that either. And the whole shipping snafus.
@Mikeymusic, I've washed them maybe once or twice but they seem fine for now, and no tingling whatsoever so that's odd. I've worn pure cotton before just fine with no tingling, is that something that happens to you consistently with cotton? or do you suspect that the source materials themselves are the culprit?
sciroI only get the tingling sensation from some poly blends, so I don't know whats up. The PAC shorts seen to be made of an entirely different material and are OK.
From the silence I'm guessing this is one of those "shut up and take my money" drops. Received mine today and just slipped them on. All is as advertised and I am quite pleased.
> Cotton in the pants is nice and heavy French terry which is the best of both worlds- soft comfort of pajamas yet durable enough for outside excursions (to the nearby convenience store).
> It's stretchy too; if (after consulting the sizing guide) you are between two sizes, consider sizing down for a slim fit and sizing up for a more sweatpants look&feel.
> The drawcords are thicker than average for extra durability and longevity.
> Pockets are essential for me so I'm a fan of the ones featured here. The front pockets are deep, I took out a ruler for measuring and was able to fit the whole thing in there. (convenience store bags can be declined with that kind of coverage, which makes these pants eco friendly)
All in all, great pair of pants/shorts.
