I really like this amp. It is a bit dark, but I bought a 2x8 extension cab to go with it and it is almost perfect. a 1x10 might also do the trick.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. ArthurMSo is the vendor shipping us the amps directly to us then? I'm guessing there hasn't been any new updates to share. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come! I just hope it doesn't take that long! ;)

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect the group's individual packages to ship.

You can also expect the large filters in the power supply to become suspect. When they dry out they loose thier effectiveness

RALaudioHow long would you say it would take for that to happen? If say it was kept in a climate controlled environment for most of it's life? Do these amps tend to have a lot of issues? They seem pretty well made overall. I'm sure most of the parts are made in China tho.

It's a great deal, but this isn't really the right amp for jazz. It's designed for early breakup - I wouldn't think that's what you're looking for in your jazz tone. If your amps are humming, perhaps they need servicing? Old tubes, grounding problems, etc. will lead to hum.

Awesome specs and price. I have a few small tube amps with similar specs but they are prone to hum. I play jazz at low volume and will jump on this drop if anyone can tell me it is low or no hum.
