Love the zoom features but was lookingt for a drop with a 1" sensor. Anyone know of a camera that has both? Just need a good point and shoot that has at least a 1/1.5 sensor with good software. Preferably the zoom of this Panasonic as well

HispanicPanicAs far as I've read...it is not possible to have a compact form factor, 1 inch sensor, and 30x zoom in one camera without it being ridiculously overpriced or with major faults. You have to pick two because this is the point where you are reaching physical limits. In order to have a 1 inch sensor with 30x zoom, you need a larger camera. In order to have a compact camera with a 1 inch sensor, you can only achieve about 4x zoom. Here, the compensation is that the sensor is smaller in order to make 30x possible.
