target still has these..pay $3 per month then after the year it goes to 3.99 loyalty price.
it's unclear if you buy two and activate both whether it locks in $3/month for 2 years

It costs, $4.99 to ship the card: http://www.evernote.com/shard/s75/sh/e6be3399-14f1-4cae-a449-5f21737f528c/15fe8691e3f51c1a62b8cb9e20fb91c9 and it's a 12 month commitment, again trade off between price/commitment. However, if we get enough people to join, we can easily beat that price per month.
