cosmographx@helioschui@Frazzl Have you guys tried manually winding the watch and watching the power reserve go up? Try winding it to 40, and see if that changes anything.
@USRC_ABM Low power reserves can also affect accuracy. The watch will run fast when the watch is running out of lower.
If you guys haven't done so already, contact Support via your transactions page and they will be able to help you.

ChristopherJ@ChristopherJopher,
Manually winding the watch charges the power reserve fine. When I first got the watch I manually wound it till the power reserve showed 40 hrs. What doesn't work is the "automatic" component of the watch. Wearing the watch while doing day to day activities should also charge the power reserve. Yesterday I wore the watch for close to 12 hours straight, including walking a distance of around 5 km, and absolutely none of that registered on the power reserve. When I took the watch off last night the power reserve was at 28 hours , which is as if I did not wear it all.
I will contact the Support page this weekend. Thanks.
ChristopherJI have worn the watch since i received it last week. Wound the watch to full @ 40 and it never dropped below 20 during all that time. Checked the watch daily for accuracy and it gained 25 to 35 seconds per day. I check out all my new self winding watches for accuracy and power reserve, although i have not performed a power reserve check on the Panzera yet. And the Panzera fails the accuracy department. They claim a +/- 10 seconds/day accuracy on their website and would settle even for +15 secs/day but not 25 to 35.
I have contacted Massdrop support twice already (yesterday and today in the AM) and have not received a response yet.
ChristopherJWill Massdrop contact me about my concerns. I have sent 2 messages to Massdrop support (4/12 @734am & 4/13 @ 855am) and have yet to receive a reply. Or is the inaccuracy of my sample not a concern for Massdrop support.
FrazzlFinally received a reply the afternoon of 4/14. They finally emailed my RMA yesterday around noon. Yeah, the response time from support was disappointing.
