Does anyone own the monks and can attest if they're true to size? The chart seems a bit off, I usually wear a 9 US but here it converts to a 43 EU while usually with other brands it's 42.5 EU.

I'd love to see a little more information about the brogue boot. I have three specific questions.
- First, I'm an 11.5 D on a Brannock device. There are no halfsizes, so which size is recommended?
- Second, what's the construction of the brogue boot? Blake stitch? Blake rapid stitch?
- Third, what is the sole of the brogue boot? It looks like it may be leather with a rubber pieces on top, but it's hard to tell.

- The vendor recommends sizing up -- go with a 12
- The soles on these are cemented
- You're correct, it's a mainly rubber hybrid sole
