Just received mine... and they will not charge. Very disappointed.

tkebh979Make sure the battery is in properly, it sits funny in the headset. I made the mistake of thinking that the battery came pre installed in mine then found out an hour later after going through the rest of the boxes content that the battery didn't come pre installed and was instead at the bottom of the box.
