TylerI received my capture pov package with no problems, but my standard plate package came torn and opened, containing nothing but a sticker. I submitted a claim through support, but honestly, this being my first purchase through massdrop, I'm really disappointed. It's not like the packaging for the shipment seemed tampered with, just that my standard plate package was opened and taken and someone sent me the packaging for it. As I don't have an action cam, my main purchase is useless without the standard clip.

TylerI thought that I had followed up on my first experience with Massdrop and never did. After recieving a partial order I reached out to Customer Support and their response was professional, fast, and right. They sent me a plate that was missing from my order right after reaching out and I'm happy that I bought from MD in the first place and they'll recieve my bussiness again.
