Great way to clip my camera in the backpack strap. Very convenient to get camera on and off. Also the clip is small enough that it will affect the backpack. Excellent design. The plate also works with the slide strap and it also works my meFoto tripod. Very happy with the purchase.

Great design, quality make, but doesn't work with the straps on my backpacking pack (it clips way too high on the shoulder and is hard to reach). It works great on other backpacks though.

Essential accessory for your camera
I always make it a point to put it on my camera bag and camera whenever I travel. Been using it for 2-3 years in my travels and has yet to let me down. It's very ergonomic and durable; holds up its own. IME, it's an essential travel accessory for me and my camera.

Absolutely love these for carrying my camera. Have used it on my backpack shoulder strap and on my belt using a separately acquired ProPAD from PeakDesign. In either configuration it works marvelously with no issue and using the lock to provide extra assurance is great. Even with my bigger size, using the ProPAD and wearing it on my waste was not a problem and it has always been comfortable and easy to carry.
