I really don't understand why these are so popular and well-reviewed. They work, but they're ugly and clunky as hell. The attachment toggles on your camera are huge, ugly, red plastic. The clips that fit on the toggles are enormous and get in the way of holding the camera. I got the Slide Lite in black, and the red accents are distracting and look cheap.
Peak Design must have the best marketing department in the industry. It's baffling to me how these are the go-to in so many camera strap discussions online. I'm interested in suggestions for a functional camera strap that is pleasant to use and decent looking.
