Just got mine. Well, I think this is the crappiest crap of all my purchases this year. Comes with a completely unreliable app you need to restart every time you want to do something with your "Pebbles" then it is a 50/50 that they actually respond. I have two so if it is a lemon it is 2 of them at the same time. The app restarts my bluetooth stack, disconnecting devices (rock solid Galaxy Gear Fit connection that's always on and internet sharing - I use on my laptop a lot).
The app generally does not reconnect to nearby pebbles, thus cannot find them without restarting. Do yourself a favour and get a whistle keychain, that thing got it right 30 years ago.
The app has buttons like "lock" "lost" but don't seem to explain what they actually do (if anything)
Sorry for the negative review, I wanted to like this and got two of these, but this is a completely useless crap without a software that works.
For reference I am using a Galaxy S4 with KitKat, and a Galaxy Note 12.2. I haven't tried it on any "i" device not even sure if a iPad 3 and iPhone 4s are supported... but don't really care at this point either....
I just tried the app to see if I could write anything positive as I don't enjoy trashing products: "unfortunately, PebbleBee has stopped." (OK, even Kindle app does that sometimes ) ... So I guess no positive thing ... Oh yes ... it comes with 5 colorful silicone things and I might find something that uses the same battery so I can scavange it out of it for a replacement :(
