Pelikan Souverän M1000 Maki-e Five Lucky Bats Pen

For me, a good price is worth consideration given that, mechanically speaking, there really isn't that much to a fountain pen, so the warranty isn't a concern. However an intricate pen like this, no return policy, no warranty, and not even the lowest price?

This is one of the few Chinese centric foundtain in recent years that doesn't seem overly gaudy I like how the bat, also love how they are made with different finishes. but I honestly can not justify the price at the moment..... Maybe when I win a lottery.... maybe.

Honestly, if I had the bucks, I'd be all over this. It's beautiful and it's only going to appreciate in value. Likely, a pretty solid financial investment. As long as you never use it, of course. :P
