I got mine but it's not the size I ordered. I ordered a medium and received an extra fine. Is there a number I can call to get this resolved?
I got a medium and I ordered a fine.
I e-mailed Massdrop support over 48 hrs ago ... no reply except for a bounceback saying effectively "we're really busy at the moment ... you'll have to wait."
Must say that I'm not exactly over the moon.
Wow, I guess whom ever shipped them out didn't realize the pens came in different colors and SIZES. I want the correct one but am worried they'll replace it with someone else's that could have been used already. I never inked the one I got, but you never know what others will do...
Arrived today and I anxiously opened; I ordered Medium, received Fine. Sent email to support, now I wait. Sigh, pretty disappointing for my first drop.
As @robert.harris and @ppppp have noted, some members have received the wrong nib size. We understand this is an integral part of the writing experience and apologize for the mixup.
Our support team is aware of the issue and we are working to resolve it, but East Coast businesses are closed for the weekend, so we won't have concrete information until Monday.
We do not believe this affected everyone who joined the drop, so we'll address it on an individual basis. Anyone who this happened to should email 'email@example.com' with the subject line "M600 nib" so that we know how many people are affected and which nibs need to be replaced.
We're sorry for the delay and have made it a priority to resolve this issue ASAP. I am personally disappointed that a very successful drop for a such a nice pen was delivered in any condition except perfect, and I will follow up on this until it's 100% resolved.
Hi Jonas, thank you for working to resolve the issue. Just an idea, but since the nibs are easily removed it might easier to just replace those rather than the whole pen for the folks that got the mix up. I got the right color at least :) and the pen is beautiful.
