Hi everyone, here's the latest:
Still waiting for a pen? They haven't left the vendor yet, but we expect they will tomorrow. They were expected to be in a smaller shipment that arrived Friday, but actually were in a larger shipment that arrived today.
Need to exchange nibs? Chartpak offers this free service to anyone who has recently purchased a Pelikan - even if you've already inked it up - and we'll pay for shipping. Expect an email with details from our customer support team on Friday 12/19.
