The vendor informed us that the second batch of the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 11/11.

Has anyone else had a problem with the rollerball refill that was sent with the package? The extra one I received was for the standard Pelikan rollerball, not the proprietary cartridge. I have reached out to the customer support team .

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Pelikan th.INK Ballpoint & Rollerball Pen (2-Pack) and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 10/13.

FYI ~ This type of proprietary PELIKAN ink refill for this rollerball pen are NOT easy to find in the USA, and the standard PELIKAN 338 ROLLERBALL REFILL will not fit this rollerball pen.
