These are way too tight on my head, they cause pain after a few minutes of wearing them.

Three days after asking for a return label (I had to threaten disputing the charge on my credit card), Massdrop now wants a VIDEO of the speaker not working. Huh? On headphones? Is Massdrop always such a pain to work with? Why am I buying anything here?

Mine arrived today--the right speaker doesn't function, the stickers are peeling off on the headphones, and the sound quality in the one working speaker is pretty disappointing. Avoid!

Individual packages have started to ship! The vendor confirmed earlier that the majority of the group's order has been sent out with the rest scheduled for pickup shortly. Once your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. For people outside US (since us are getting the good stuff), would it be possible to get it stored by Massdrop somewhere there and get it sent to us when we visit US? Esp since it is the end of the year and people might be travelling there. Thanks.
