Just a quick update on the status of this drop for everyone. We spoke with our account rep at Pentel earlier today and they’re still in the process of preparing the group's order for shipment. They will be doing everything they can to get the order shipped out first thing on Monday. There was a slight delay because Pentel warehouse has been slightly behind due to large yearend orders in December.
Once the group’s order is ready, the vendor will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
Our warehouse is prepared to get your package shipped out the moment it arrives. Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 1/30 or sooner.
