Flonomy issue was "resolved" last week, so 10 weeks for me. They couldn't get what was originally ordered (6glasses + 1 base) both packages they sent were 1 glass + 1 base. although the whole ordeal took time i got refunded and got to keep the two.

Appears to come with a single chilling base if that option is selected. Is there any way to purchase additional ones without buying additional glasses? I am usually not drinking alone, the set should come with at least two bases.

Clever, though perhaps a little gimmicky, however, the lack of a Martini glass option is positively inexcusable!

We don't know how good the reviewers are, but it's not beating the Vinum (and Riedel has a rep for professional-level tasting glasses) or the glencairn. I also really like the glencairn shape with the very heavy, short stem; it's extremely stable.
Not, IMO, to be ignored: the glencairn is quite modestly priced; these are expensive. The glencairn is easier to clean, and looks to be much easier to handle.
I have some nice whisky/cognac glassware...Riedel, 2 Waterford small snifters, and 1 glencairn that came as a perk from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society a long time ago. The glencairn is probably my favorite for sipping; the Waterford has a separate emotional value. So I don't need any more. If I was setting up a nice, coordinated personal bar, I'd go the glencairns first.
