Made in France the Traditional Way

Distinguished by their forged bolsters and bold, ergonomic handles, these knives embody the French tradition of cutlery making. To create them, Peugeot uses a technique known as “upsetting,” in which only the portion of the blade that turns into the ricasso is forged. This helps preserve the authentic process. Made with the company’s premium Nitrox steel—a high-chromium high-nitrogen steel—the blades offer a long-lasting edge. The handles are made from ABS with a comfy shape for all kinds of kitchen cuts. Depending on your needs, there are multiple knives available, too.

Note: The base price is for the 6-inch chef’s knife, but you’ll have your choice from five other options at checkout. Pricing will vary. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we can only ship this knife to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
