Paris? Surely you mean Sochaux... The knives themselves are made in Thiers, the home of French cutlery, which is a good sign. The "Nitrox steel" is rather vague, however. From other sites, it sounds like it has 16% chrome, which is less than ordinary 18-8 stainless steel.

fazalmajidNitrox steel just means it can cut at shallower depths for longer without needing a decompression stop. Personally, I prefer to cut deeper and not have to worry about oxygen toxicity. On a serious note: is that a screw or a rivet on top? Or is it even functional at all?
