@nicpope - you say the glue is not a defect - however, what if the glue causes tearing on the pad... is that going to be considered a defective unit and qualify for warranty repair work?

RoosterMKVGood question. I'd shoot an email off to Philips directly and see if they can send replacements pads, since the public has been made aware of the glue. Hopefully most units have the same amount of glue, and are removable without issue like nicpope has been able to.

ShampooCAI am hoping the same, but considering the fact that many people have had issues with excessive glue and torn pads... I'd just like to be 100% certain we have some clarity on their stance regarding this...
