We were sitting around waiting for the distributor to send us a sheet with all the tracking numbers yesterday, no dice. We'll be following up today.<br /><br />We're bad at providing updates of "here's an update, we have no update", but that's the way it goes. One thing people probably misunderstand is that in the wholesale world, matters need to be handled a little delicately. If we call and ask for tracking at noon, we can't call back at 3pm, 5pm, 8pm, and so "OMG where is my tracking", that just pisses distributors off. We'll be following up with them today.

Ok, thanks for the update and just letting us know where we are is still a lot better than just waiting in the dark. Do we at least have confirmation that the units have actually shipped out? Tracking numbers are one thing but in all honesty I'd prefer just to know that they have been shipped out at this point. Tracking is a added plus, but I'd rather just have the knowledge that they've shipped out in the first place. As long as I know things are moving I'll be good to go!
