Here is my opinion. I purchased the large and small of the first gen versions. I use the large (S/N 65) everyday. Updated version with larger holes is welcome. Not everything falls down in gen1 and have to bump them out. Screen was installed weird and there is a dent in the screen from a finger when it was installed (if you've seen their screen replacement youtube video, there is a finger dent in that also). Default screen micron too small. Too much pollen collecting in middle chamber clogging screen and not dropping to storage. I have to lightly scrape the screen in middle section to get it out. In loading chamber with holes, greens will naturally go to edges. The holes on the outside edges extend too far and is in line with the top lip bevel of the middle chamber creating a pattern of kief on the bevels which waterfalls down the side and eventually cakes up. This is my largest complaint. I wish they fell right onto the screen instead of sliding down the sides. This gen2, from pictures has not solved this problem. What are other people's experience with this edge?
Also, detailed pictures show a SMALL; those detailed photos have triangular holes and not trapezoidal-shaped holes. How does Medium look with new holes? Manufacturer's website has no mention of gen2 or photos.

abc123@abc123 ,
Thanks for pointing this out and just to be clear the photos on the bottom portion of the description page are for color reference and not hole design.
Thanks,
